Processing Time
All orders for the CCB product are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, customs processing, or unexpected shipping delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Order Changes or Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will already be in processing.

Delays
While we strive to deliver within 10–15 days, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues
